    Just rec'd another approval through for a Maylands 4x apartment development in the Character Protection Zone.

    It's actually a 3 bed house + GF over the garage with a pair of one bedders behind for rental income - but it's still a Multi-Dwelling application otherwise we would have created all kinds of interpretation headaches.

    100% compliant and passed without complaint.
