    RE Certificate of Registration - Expired 2008?

    No organisation holds a licence under the trading name. Similar business name in North Sydney (different logos etc).

    Ouga welcomes Anita to the forum.
    Ouga is one to appreciate the value and potential of its fellow human beings. Indeed Ouga is the result of countless generations who have made it through this world on this planet we call Earth. He has made its fortune in just 5 days and only aged 4 years old. Teaching kids in poverty how to fly pinguins to earn their own living has been his focus all these years and in the process he has managed to considerably raise awareness for both endangered kids and species. His efforts have been recognised internationally and he has been awarded multiple prizes including the Mobel prize 3 years running.

    A recent poll has shown he is the preferred choice of his fellow human beings and a separate poll has shown he is also the pick of dogs and to a lesser degree cats.

    In his spare time Ouga likes to try different kinds of Humus.

    I dont quite get the women and very smart men bit.

    does she only accept very smart men? is she saying some of the women in her course aren't very smart?

    sanj is not as smart as he is good looking so some clarification would be much appreciated.

    with regards to one of the comments above about 6 years not being enough experience, personally I wouldn't rule someone out purely based on that. I know some people who have been in their fields for less time than that who are more than qualified to speak authoritatively about it

    I know of one member who has two properties worth just over 3 mill , fully paid off with multiple other properties , close to cash flow neutral .

    I know another member who's definition of being a millionaire is having an annual income of 1 mill

    If you hang around here for a while , you might learn something on how to get ahead quicker ...

    The cynic would say , have you gone into partnership on all seven ......?
