    This is all very confusing:(
    I dont know whether they can make more money developing? Need the numbers


    I developed 4 townhouses in Melb, but would have made more $ selling the DA to a builder as it went ballistic. Deve sites rare as hens teeth
    My point is sometimes better to sell DA and less risk
