    That's great well done. What are the yields like in nz? Do you find it challenging having that many properties in another country, do you go there regularly?

    We used to go over annually but I think we'll spend more time over there now that we can. They're all managed by agents and no issues so far. The yields vary depending on the area, same as here.

    The joys of positive cash flow property, no need for complex or convoluted stuff, just collect the rent every month. My hat goes off to you :)

    Will solely be living off rents. We plan to sell the ips one every couple of years to live off equity closer to actual retirement age, but that's a while off yet. Hubby is retiring in a couple of weeks which is why I'm going too, want to do some travelling together finally.
