Yep! I believe it added an extra $30,000 to the selling price. If I hadn’t staged I would have had to of kept reducing like what most people I’ve noticed have been doing. Anyhow I don’t want to reveal too much.... just that I’m pretty happy with how things turned out. I’m grateful that I listened to all the advice here to stage it. Thanks. :)

And, when appropriate, a link to the property so we can all see what you are talking about.

It’s saying it’s sold now online. Is it still too early to share the story ! Or is it safer for me to wait till after settlement?

Is it unconditional? If so, I would definitely share the link and story. We are all eager to be happy for you.

Hmmmm. My gut is saying wait till after final inspection. After settlement. Sorry. I don’t mean to tease. I’m just really eager to talk haha. Doesn’t matter. Time will fly past.

In the meantime I’ll write up a post soon about my plans/strategy is in the short/medium term. :)

Intuition is always right. Best to wait until after settlement.

After all the angst, don't risk sharing anything that could cause issues.

You don't want the buyer to read, here, that they paid more than you were willing to accept.
