    Hello Everyone,

    I am Dustin Leaney, Architect & Compulsive Property Speculator, based in the Coffs Harbour Region, NSW.

    With an architect's eye I can spot great potential in property.

    I'm currently refining my feasibility template which can accurately assess the development potential of a site. I'm looking to refine it further by including any minor items that I might have missed from experienced developers.

    Any guidance on topics to investigate in the forum regarding feasibility studies would be very helpful.

    Looking forward to offering any advice that the experience of an architect might have to offer in the forums.
