    Most sauces are - usually have a heap of added sugar in them. Especially BBQ sauce :eek:

    For my pizza sauce, I've started using tomatoes - literally just a tin of chopped tomatoes blended and then spread on the pizza base (with some italian herbs added for flavour). Works surprisingly well (and I believe is quite a traditional way of doing it).

    If you look at the ingredient list of most sauces they are full of additives ... I would suggest that many sauces are quite fake :p

    Goes with almost everything that's not too far unprogressive, very popular at the moment. Not with white bread though. Immmmm peach mint.
