I agree with this. With that much milk and coffees you are bound to increase your waistline. Why are drinking coffee again in the afternoon for?

I'm on a $40 a month Bring Your Own (phone) Plan with Optus. Unlimited calls and texts with 10gb of data. That's pretty cheap. Still rocking a Nokia.:D

They even have $125pa for 1GB pm and $209pa for 3GB pm

I am using the 3GB plan (could have maybe survived on 1GB but would be pretty tight....

Why don't you add a packet of dates to each bowl?

Oh, hang on, that might cause serious issues with that whole shower thing....

I agree in regard to avoiding excessive spending when endeavouring to accomplish a savings goal, but do not subscribe to "frugality"..
stupid spending etc.. lazy non essential spending.

for me being frugal could lead to a life of being frugal.
Our problem is not saving money, it is making it.

As I see it, being frugal is a "negative" mindset, telling ourselves "don't" constantly.
    Negative self talk type stuff.

I focus on an abundance mindset. How can I earn more? How can I increase efficiencies or upgrade behaviours, not take away from myself.

Generally your wage is comensurate with how much value you add. Focus on that, not saving money on 4 coffees a week over 2 years..
Regardless on how much you save, you are still reliant on the top level - earning.

Sure some cannot increase their earning capacity - but even then, sell stuff on eBay, walk dogs, there are no real excuses..
people say "but I wouldn't know what to do"...
funny that, except you know every character on MKR and Marriage at First Sight.....

As a big meat eater, half priced meats at Coles are saving me a small fortune. Haven't bought anything full priced for about 3 months now.

Just picked up three half priced legs of lamb, 8 pork chops and a whole duck for $70 which will last a good 2 weeks.

Only problem is between 4 freezers at work and home I've run out of space to continue buying more  thinking a deep freezer would be a good investment...

Get your caffeine fix at half price! - Buy a Coffee Club membership card for $25, EVERY time you buy a coffee you can get one free. 2 for the price of one @ $3.70 each. Ours has saved us many times that value already.

This assumes you don't mind Coffee Club's coffee.
