Hi All, I'm new here. Just wondering if anyone knows this firm? AlianceCorp (owner Jason Paetow). Their youtube channel and website look good, there's even a video on "How to spot a Property Spruiker"... but what about their service: is it a usual story of selling House&Land packages whilst getting paid by the developer (so potentially +$20K to the purchase price to an unsuspecting client?)
My wife and I used their service to buy a property in SE QLD, it was recently rented out. Generally, happy with their services and referrals. They primarily promote house and land packages, but the property we bought has had decent yield (5.5%) and capital growth seems promising. Not sure, how much commission they make from the builders, but they charge you one time membership fee and servicing fee for each property.
The commission they make can be anywhere between 30-35k or even more depending on the end price of your chosen house and upgrades one decides to add on.
