I have been looking around this suburb for a while now and interested to see what others think. Looking at PPOR and turning it into investment later. Seems like a nice family orientated suburb with good school, Algester Primary and close proximity to Sunnybank. Bus network seems pretty good although it can take up to 45 minutes to the city. Downside is a little far way from CBD and no trains yet. I have read about possibility of adding passenger trains from Salisbury to Beaudesert which would include a train station at Algester - what do people think of this plan? Is it likely to happen? Interested to hear from anyone who owns investment properties there as well! Thanks in advance
