    Not a bad sale for a place in Alexandra Hills, this one isnt really that special, there are quite a few nice houses in this area, still...850k..that aint bad considering its proximity to the city/water.

    This just nice stock or is Alex Hills worth a closer look?

    Geez that's expensive.... nice house though!

    Alexandra Hills is an affordable bayside area with all the amenities of Capalaba without the stodgy old image. Great schools around too. I think it's a solid investment, assuming smart buying.

    Great result but still a lot of houses to be had in that 370-420k bracket.
    I own in birkdale and i reckon its slowed in the past few months.

    Just an update on Alexandra Hills, "Great result but still a lot of houses to be had in that 370-420k bracket." - those houses are now selling in the 500+ bracket. ~$540K for quite a few 3 and 1 properties recently (higher quality).

    My friend put her house for rent late last year on a fairly busy road in Alex Hills. It was an average family house with a pool and spa. I was quite surprised at the rent appraisal. Good rent returns!
