VIC Airport West thoughts - proximity to Essendon Fields Airport

    As title suggests, wanted to get everyone's thoughts on Airport West - especially the pocket around Niddrie/ Matthews Avenue closer to the tram stops.
    I presume having a small Airport next door would be a big downside for growth ?

    Thanks, yes that's one fair point. I am more on thoughts around the proximity to the essendon field airport and noise from there.

    It hasn't stopped prices skyrocketing.
    Per sqm I think the area is still pretty expy.

    It went down for sometime early this year but now back on the 2017 prices it seems.

    Skechers is located in the Essendon Fields DFO adjacent to the airport.... :D
