Airbnb checkin/checkout/cleaning around South Coast

Can't seem to find anyone on the interweb but just wondering are there Airbnb checkin/checkout/cleaning services available in NSW South Coast? Looking at getting a holiday home in Batemans Bay but don't want it to sit idle all the time.

I can do it.

I'll clean and do the bedsheets, restock fridge and breakfast cereals, put chocolates on the pillows, restock toilet rolls and do the fold, print and sign welcome letters with their name on it and help you get 5 stars for sure or money back.

I have no idea how that would work if you weren't local.
A place I looked at had a lock box for the key, but you'd want to have some trusted people on the ground there.

 

Try hiring a cleaner through Airtasker and using something like Resortlock.com from the US to give them access.
You give the cleaners the code of their own and you time when they can use it so don't have to worry about them entering outside the agreed hours. All online so nice and (hopefully) easy

 

Yeah, that sounds like the type of setup I saw.
Had their own listing on a holiday let site, not necessarily Airbnb.
