Air con - PPOR - recommendations

    Having just sweated through a hot Sydney summer , we've decided our next PPOR improvement needs to be air con .

    I want something that is quiet and can offer multiple independant zones which can be controlled ( temp wise / on and off ) separately . It may be that we need to look at different units in different places in the house.

    In our last house ( air con ) we used to get power bills in the mid 2k's and I'm getting used to bills around 4-500 .

    Any thoughts on which company has the best reputation in terms of efficient / flexible systems?

    Depending upon the size of the house and complexity of the install I'd be going fully ducted VAV system.

    How deep did you say your pockets were?......a pedestal fan from Vinnies might suffice ;)
