    Hi there,

Whats the consensus out there say if you had 3m to spend (serviceability and cash)
In Vic, first home buyers can access stamp duty concession, FHOG, builders grants usually for properties under 750k. Is it worth pursing something of a lower value for the additional incentive or is it best to buy something more closer to the budget.
My goal is capital growth over time so i guess the consideration is the net incentive vs capital growth difference over time that would be the deciding factor.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated
