    Hi All, Just seeing if anyone can help with suggesting an agent or website we could use to sell a property that is in regional NSW returning over 11% . I don't particularly want to use a local agent as I am hoping to get more exposure than that. Is there any agents out there that specialise in selling positive cashflow properties that may have existing clients etc.. after this type of investment. Otherwise thought about selling privately through maybe an investors website? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Michelle
