    Hi Macca,
I can definitely recommend @D.T. as a Property Manager.

We have recently had an offer accepted on a property in SA. We are interstate so David inspected the property on our behalf for its rental potential and gave us an appraisal. He has been a fantastic asset to us in the whole process of buying in SA from explaining the buying process to giving us his opinion on the potential value of the property. It is very hard to measure market sentiment as well as scope out the level of buyers interested in a property when buying interstate and David has really gone above and beyond for us.

He is extremely prompt in relying to emails and is particularly generous with his knowledge. He clearly has a passion for property and is an investor himself. I think this is such an asset in a Property Manager. I also think that as this is his own business he has a level of attention that you generally don't get from a PM working for an Agency.

    Highly recommend David!

Macca What do you want the new agent to be doing that the current agent is not?

Completely agree...without a doubt D.T. is the best PM I've ever used across VIC, QLD and SA.

    Please see my post here.

We've just bought an IP in adelaide . David ( DT ) did an inspection for us prior to us buying ( in fact he was so efficient he'd inspected the property prior to me asking him to do that ... serious , though by coincidence ) . His rental estimate 320 . Got a rental estimate off selling agent 280-290 .

Settled on Friday . First open on friday evening and signed up tenant on monday pm ( needed monday to do checks etc ) for 320 .

David organised various minor repairs to settlement .

    So far so good

Yes send Xenia and DT a private message and see who works best for you. Choosing a PM is a very personal decision and one PM style works for some and not others. Only you know what works best for you. I urge you to commence a private conversation and ask questions critical to support you to make an informed decision. Enjoy the exploration process...as the saying goes " a solution for one is not the panacea for all:

Morphett Vale . Will only be buying more if we have a major revision of our current strategy or Adelaide still hasn't moved by the time brisbane has boomed , though that's unlikely …..

So @See Change are you done buying? Or do you think you may be tempted to buy down the track when the funds are available again?
