    As always I will update as things progress.

    In other news my wife and I have started laying out our upcoming build and wouldn't luck have it she loves a traditional style home which is ofcourse one of the most expensive styles!

    Par for the course. Selling real estate is all about vendor crunching.
    I tried to sell my home through a major agent about five years ago for a substantial sum agreed to by the agent.I paid for the advertising.
    The second week he came to me outside my house and said " What are we going to do with you Mr Jones" I was so annoyed i walked over ripped his sign out and told him to bugger off.
    It was unfortunate that i still had six weeks odd to run on the contract.
