    What's the best case scenario for property management fees for house in Melb inner west? Currently looking at 6.6%.

    5 %+ GST shoukd be okay.

    5.5% some go lower but don't compromise on service and quality.

    I pay 5.5% for my inner west unit. 1.5 weeks letting fee, $220 advertising. No other fees for monthly statements, hate paying for them out of principal when a system pumps them out automatically.
