Agent changing terms of PADM Form 20a

    Hi,
    I have a studio apartment that is managed by a letting agent which I've owned since 2004. The commission arrangement as per the PAMD Form 20a is 45% of gross rent to the Agent and 55% to me.
    The Agent advised me via email a week ago that as of 1/1/2018 this arrangement will change to 49% of gross rent to them and 51% to me. My question is, are they legally able to just change the percentagewhen it suits them?

    It''ll now be a form under the POA rather than a PAMDA. Should be POA form 6. Can you leave the letting pool?
