Agent can't be bothered taking new pictures!

    We bought one opposite HC, views of the refinery. Forgot to mention water, city views, walk to ferry & woolies, close to roads to north/south and east/west. Doubled our money in 3 yrs using the right agent.

    Thanks all for your responses.

    You are right - the agent is incompetent, and as a mentor recently said to @MsAli and me - incompetent agents such as this should be followed up - as they would be just as bad with everyone else.

    I have asked a local agent to go have a look. I am not sure if this is the right one for me - will go with intuition once I have the photos.

    What about the vendor. If that is the level of professionalism they are willing to accept speaks volumes about them.

    Wow!!! That's just crazy..

    Mona, I think the agents just being lazy because anytime she has access to the property she can take the photos. Just chooses not to because its cluttered
