Agent ad fees

    That's very steep, you may have got conned, I would be questioning that, I got all that for $1000.00 @ Ray White Realestate

    I got 2 proposals from different Ray White offices: $2,850 and $3,425. I believe these are well over what I needed to spend to get the outcome I got. I agree we were conned. I will never accept a marketing package from an agency again. They are rubbish. Marking must be tailered to the product being sold. Generic marketing campaigns are BS. I trusted my real estate agent. Big mistake! ;)

    Tell me about it. In my case premium ads were a waste of time as was a very expensive ad campaign to the Chinese, who are not even eligible to buy a second hand house?

    Still, we ended up paying a lot less than other quotes. Other agencies offered us a marketing packages of $6,343 and $6,981. wtf indeed! :eek:

    if u get premier property on re.com etc it can add up pretty quickly
