After a quality PM, Brisbane, Arana Hills

    Hey guys

    New to investing in Brisbane and hence would like some feed back on a quality property management company that's within or near my investment area etc.

    Property is located in Arana Hills (Flat part)

    I'm based interstate hence I'd rather pay abit extra for a quality PM than a budget company.

    Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

    call Templeton property paddington their rent roll is only 160 approx between 2 experienced property managers much better service compared to other companies that have 150 per manager. either Aiden or Michelle are good

    We don't cover the Northside (too far, too many traffic lights, who would want to live there- southside represent! ha!) so I like to refer my clients to Josh (details below) who loves the northside and feels the exact opposite of me. We now have quite a number of mutual clients and they're very happy with the service.
