Athol Park is less than 10km from CBD with a median price of $355k seems like a great option.

Don't think there would be many more examples in SA which would better that distance with a lower median.

Article was too long to copy and paste, but here's the link..

I like surburbs near O-bahn. Modbury and surrounded surburbs are quite affordable

    Dear members,

    Looking at investing in Adelaide
Any comments about the suburbs of Queenstown and Plympton in Adelaide?

    Thanks

Queenstown is near Port Adelaide. Plympton is South West of the city and has experienced solid capital growth recently, which is probably due to its proximity to the CBD and tram access. Out of the two suburbs I prefer Plympton. The only place I would buy in Queenstown would be a character house. Avoid units in both suburbs.

    Hi 2Fast4U,

Thanks for the feedback. May I know the reasons to avoid units in these suburbs?
If thinking of investing about $250-300K, where would be the best suburbs in your opinion for units?
