It's accurate in parts but way out with some of the "entry level" pricing eg: $880K for a 3 bed house in Castle Hill? $1,050,00 for one in Gladesville? etc  Somewhat misleading and I'm not sure if they're including townhouses in some of those statistics....

the prices for Sydney might be optimistic, hardly find anything around $620k in Bankstown, $390k in Campbelltown. pre boom maybe, but definitely difficult to find 3 bedders at these price range.

Agreed. Castle Hill and Kellyville prices are also way out of range...was checking out Castle Hill properties the other day and $880K will most likely get a 3 bed townhouse (if you're lucky!). Houses are on average well over 1M from what I'm seeing.

As always, treat the media posts with a grain of salt eh

    Cheers,
    David
