    AFCA is a free complaint service for consumers, but when a complain is made against a financial organisation, does AFCA charge that financial organisation a fee for each complaint and if so, how much?

    We have one issue going on for months that hasn't been resolved so we are considering taking the next step to AFCA.

    The organisation pays a fee for the complaint to be be processed. The fee structure depends on how far up the process the complaint progresses.
