NSW Advise to buy in South West Sydney

    I was looking to buy some land with delayed settlement in Leppington ( South west Sydney) and build a double storey house on it.

    Based on my search so far :

    Land Cost - Approx 390K for 300sqm land
    Build Cost - 360-380K

    Is this a good option ?

    You need to give more details about the house.

    Land per sqm seems a little pricey

    I am looking to build a double storey house. Approx 210-230 sqm.

    4 bed , 2 bath & 1 parking

    Land will register in early 2021.

    In terms of land price, this was the cheapest I could found. Most of them are priced between 400-425K for 300sqm.

    Good option compared to what? Price compared to 6-12 months from now? Or future growth compared to an older house? But are you willing to live in an older house?

    Good option in terms of price , location and future growth

    My preference is to get a brand new house.
