True. Not so much debt recycling as just borrowing against the property to invest. Would seem like a no brainer then.

My opinion only, I echo the sentiment of those above, I personally don’t see any benefit investing in listed equities together.
People, even brothers, sisters, mums and dads change, certain things happen in ones Life that can change their outlook and vies on what matters or doesn’t matter, this may differ from your views.
