    LOL! Just found this thread.

    Was that a real photo?

There are quite a few very impressive photos getting around this place these days. Well done, girls!!

I'd post one of myself to even up the playing field with the girls, but I think the other boys will get jealous....

(Try and picture TA in his budgy smugglers. :p)

Haha yes, most likely... I actually would not be surprised if she/he/whatever, makes a comeback after having bought...might not be fully done with this thread just yet.

I wouldn't be surprised if we see a "The difference in the way people treat you with a glamour pic avatar" in an article somewhere.

I'm still alive people! Had a busy weekend and returned to the forums to find 9 pages of speculation and coffee dates hahah

I had an idea to subdivide my Campbelltown block (create a battleaxe block behind the current house), sell off that land for around 400k, pay off the mortgage on the front block which would increase my borrowing limit, while still keeping the current house & weekly rent coming in. Unfortunately council advised the block is 100 sqm too short to subdivide, so now looking into adding a granny flat to increase my income which in turn should allow me to borrow more next year.
In the mean time, I have put an offer on a house within 15km of Brisbane CBD, and my broker has advised I may be able to borrow a little more than 400k so should be able to purchase a house in Brissie AND add the granny flat to the Campbelltown property :)

A granny flat is an equity stealer in my humbe opinion.

Well done on what you have achieved to date.

'ang on guv...it was a right 'onest question it was ...about Natalie being Ruski....

There was a girl called Natalie of Russian background who we all laughed at when she bought her investment property in Mt Druie....she might have had the last laugh.

Thanks! I understand it would eat away at some of the equity, but I've almost maxed out my borrowing so unless I increase my income, I won't be able to buy anything else for a while. Figured adding a granny flat would be an easy way to do this.

OK...my Croat friend...are you the same girl? I believe you called yourself Natalya??

Am I correct?? By the way I am not taking the ****....I remember you were very determined in buying in Blacktown council..and back then you were howled down like today...but probably for different reasons.

Who told you that you have maxed out? Had an interesting convo with someone on this forum yesterday who indicated they were maxed out...not the case when you use the right people.

Forget the majors or second tier banks...they have gone cold on investors...
