I assume it's ok but I thought I'd double check.

Is there anything to consider? Like...when people open / close the garage doors or park their cars, is it particularly loud?

Depends, are the doors automatic (motorised) or not? are they swing type or roller type? (They look like roller type) in my building, swing type garage doors on motors are very quiet, the manual ones are prone to be slammed shut so a bit noisier but not particularly loud.
It's normal to expect some noise from garage doors but I would be more concerned about the upstairs neighbors stomping around than the garage door
As for car noise, well depends on the car, some are quiet some are loud, most park relatively quickly and leave relatively quickly so not a constant noise concern

    As per @Lindsay_W comments
There's a metal grate across the driveway 3 levels below us, every time a car enters/leaves we hear it !
Security, I'd easily climb those tree's at the front to gain access !
Privacy is another, people often buy on the ground floor then want "privacy".....
Maintenance, the place looks like it could use a pressure wash and clean up, is there much in the Capital works fund (what are the levies like)?
Looks like it could be a good choice, older and better built hopefully

I don’t know if I would describe that as ‘redbrick’. Looks cream to me.
