Hi everyone, I lurked for years at Somersoft and am excited to see everyone gathered in a new place. Just looking for some ideas around where to advertise for tenants for a shared house. We use an agent for most of our properties (in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie,) but our 20 y.o.son and his mates have taken over a four bedroom house in Warners Bay (for those who know Newcastle,) for the duration of their Uni 'careers,' and one of the rooms has just become vacant. It's not near the Uni and there seems to be plenty of accommodation for students on campus etc. so I think it would suit a young person, but wouldn't necessarily attract a student. I've put an ad on Gumtree, but is there anywhere else people use? Would appreciate any and all idea.

There is a share option on realestate.com.au available for a fee to private landlords that you can use.
