    Just found this app brilliant.
I'm sick of printing, signing, filling out, scanning and sending important docs. This app allows you to sign any doc (soft copy) and then send.

This means while waiting at appointments I can fill out forms sign and send all within a couple of mins.

Just used it to sign a doc for the bank. Took 1 min. Then sent easily.
    Brilliant all from my phone!

I use Notability for forms. It allows me to type in fields, and free form write/draw/circle/checkbox and sign.
Note that some places don't like such apps so make it looks as close as possible to a printed, scanned, emailed form. Blue signatures help :)
