Hi all, What’s peoples thoughts, on the north east and west suburbs of Adelaide for an IP around the $500k mark? Currently engaged with a BA who’s suggesting around these locations.
Been pretty happy with results in those areas. Stick to houses not units where you can. Avoid main roads and train lines, normal stuff that applies anywhere i guess. In the west, keep an eye out for the flight paths
Yes that’s what we would like to purchase a house with decent sized land with potential subdivision a few years down the line.

Spent approx a week in Adelaide (hills, victor harbour, kangroo island and most time in Glenelg)- fan of the city (as a tourist) fue to no traffic and property pricea are less than Syd( general observation)
Understatement of the year? When I am comparing like for like (e.g. similar property type and distance to the city / beach), Adelaide prices run in around 1/3 of those in Sydney.
