    The vast majority of the area you have highlighted there is part of a floodplain adjacent to the Onkaparinga River.

    No,absolutely none,it was a fixed price contract.Metricon have honoured it.
    ** I work for Metricon,i have gone through the process as a customer,and have had no special treatment at all.

    The area marked on the map will still be an open, flood plain area. It's protected and a big wildlife and river reserve - none of it will ever be built on, regardless of whether there is extra flood mitigation measures or not.
