    Its amazing the quality of house / area you can get for 1M here. Wouldn't get you a look in in some places.

    Adelaide's 'rising' housing market outperforming other capitals: national valuer

    "It comes as national real estate company Domain Group reports Adelaide’s residential investment market remains very healthy, with house and unit rents growing 2.7% and 3.3% respectively, over the year to September.

    By comparison, rents in Sydney recorded their biggest annual drop in 15 years (down 4.5% for houses, and down 4.6% for units) over the same period."

    More first home buyers flocking to market as grants surge

    "with the number of First Home Owner Grants paid so far this financial year at its highest level in five years."

    "Munno Para and Mount Barker are the most popular places for new first home buyers, followed by Lightsview, Northgate and Clearview, the Adelaide CBD, Seaford and Salisbury."

    Adelaide House Prices continue to buck the trend

    A good article summarising the gains for Adelaide from September 18 to 19. The graph is interesting too across all capital cities showing the movements at each quartile (most markets contracted bar Adelaide and Hobart, and the gains are strong at both lowest and highest quartile in Adelaide).
