The second option. Brisbane is all about quick and easy access to jobs (as are most markets)- and the most high paying and numbers and % jobs growth are all firmly in the cbd. If you do go for the second option with your money, it helps a lot if there is a decent land component and also near a train or direct bus line to the cbd will help a lot not just for cg, but also for tenantability -attracting tenants, and quite possibly the yields as well.

I did not give details on what they hold and when they purchased and what they have sold. However all deve sites, not cheap, build of end values over 1m. I wont be disclosing any personal details

If I purchase anything I will post?

"They are making buckets of money" "they are all deve sites" this implies they have built and sold something so share the link to back your story up. Even what suburb it was in.

Less talk about pretending to develop in Newcastle and more talk about the rising markets Adelaide and Brisbane :)

    No DA
As I said I wont be disclosing personal details

You dont need a DA when demand outstrips supply

....interesting you have not asked DT for evidence of his claims on Adelaide market rising? Seems a little unfair considering the vested interest?
    Happy to be proven wrong:)

    I can guess - in Adamstown :p
Now back to the topic, seriously next on my radar is Adelaide - prob towards the end of the year depending on stability of our jobs and serviceability (and of course equity from brisbane )

someone posted profits of 40% in Brissy on the thread -
    Why Brissy did not boom,
clearly fragmented market. Seems need to be selective

@Xenia has a good handle on Adelaide market
