    After all these ten years of hardly any growth... I think we finally having the boom we been waiting for so long. Just had a look at the suburb I sold a few years ago, a house with same land size and condition is now asking $800k plus going to auction. I sold it at $700k in 2017 lol... held it 9 years from $550k... who would have thought Adelaide would have such a day!

    Congratulations to Adelaide investors.

    Now shift those profits to Sydney's western suburbs. I wouldn't mind a bit more equity. Commodore needs a holographic car wrap. Attention purposes lol.

    But you can't use beach ! I like the area though but prices are jumping like crazy.

    Any opinion on Aldinga beach?

    Not so sure but brand new, large block. Property BOOM! My partner bought a house end 2019 in Belair for $752 and it's now worth over $1.2 mill in less than 3 years. Pretty good.

    Adelaide is a great place and very underrated. So many people are looking at Brisbane, and missing out on what Adelaide has to offer.
