Hi all, Just wondering if any of you have done a 1 into 2 development in the Adelaide area. I’m getting awefully close to jumping in and doing one, targeting Henley Beach/Fulham. I have a builders license meaning I can collect builders margin as well as the development profit. Any thoughts? Tips? Tricks?
Great suburbs re demand. Anyone can get a Builder's Licence, what is important is that you are (or have) a REGISTERED Superviser, supervising all built form including Paving re A.S./ falls etc.
Has anyone else done similar? Also happy to JV with a local that knows the ins and out. We have cash so do not need a partner, but would be open to exploring the option if they brought local contacts/experience to the table.
