    Hi Everyone!

I am considering adding a granny flat (2 bed/2 bath, 80sqm) in the Gold Coast. I had a few builders around, and also looked at Hoek Modular Homes, Granny Flats & Cabins | Master Builders QLD Member. (where they build it off site). If comes to around $150,000 end to end either way. Should I go with the modular or build a full on house on site? Anyone has experience with good/bad builders or modular providers he can share? (here or in private msg) or any tips? would love to hear!!

    Cheers

I am looking at those as well, what did you end up?

$150K is too expensive for a 2 bd granny flat!

The Smart House starts its life as a single 40ft container, and incorparates a unique fold out system that has the dwelling liveable in 10-14 days!
