Adding a different easement over an existing easement

    Hello,

    Has anyone been able to add another easement, ie. easement for service to their title?
    I currently have an easement for overhang and easement for support.
    But I require another easement for 2 x existing waste water pipe that hang off the supporting wall and gas pipe work running along the supporting wall. Pipes are not new, they are 20 years old.

    Has anyone done this before, what is involve and what monetary payment is suitable?
    Property is in Sydney.
