Replace it with Kombucha. Fizzy, better for you but pricey

I like Nexba Cola (can get from Coles), it's go no sugar and no artificial sweetener, it uses black carrot juice to sweeten and is surprising delicious as a stand alone drink.

Not as a mixer, it's disgusting as a mixer :p.

Black carrot juice ... Plus Erythritol, Stevia and apple extract. I'm not familiar with Erythritol, but I'm not a fan of the Stevia flavour.

Depending on what your body can take ... look at this guy he is healthy at 87 and his diet is questionable

I ate like Warren Buffett for a week -- and it was miserable

I don't drink coke every day but every so often on a hot day and mix with other stuff cant beat it, I have a cup of coffee each day

Diet is like Exercise, listen to your body what is the limit, everyone is different there is no one size fit all.

some people they need to exercise every day, for me 3-4 times are perfect, weight in check, healthy, no issues, doing bloody test every 6 months to make sure and I eat everything fat and all in moderation that my diet principle I don't avoid any food, I eat anything I like and exercise 3-4 times a week

haven't grown out of 68-72kg range for decades

    From the Nexba site:

Despite its complicated name Erythritol is naturally occurring in pears, melons, human tissue and body fluids.

Erythritol is made by fermenting natural sugars found in corn. In this process, healthy bacteria eat the sugar turning it into Erythritol, this is a similar process used to make yoghurt, wine and beer and effectively removes all the sugar.

Unlike sugar, Erythritol has no calories and does not cause a glycemic response. It is not fully absorbed by your digestive system, as it can’t be broken down which also means that unlike other sweeteners it does not cause a laxative effect.

Personally I like Stevia, it's the first sugar substitute that hasn't tasted disgustingly over sweet to me like the other sweeteners, of course it's all individual taste at the end of the day :).
