Hi all, I'm currently renovationg a 60s brick house and am considering whether it's worth adding built in wardrobes or not. I am think I've heard that generally adding thme m does help increase the value of the property. What do you all think?

May not add $$ but if renting have them in at least in the main bedroom and a second room.

We have robes in all rooms but note that they do not need to be built in.

If you buy a pre fab robe, screw the back panel to a wall.
