Is that a suggestion to what you are calling your place?
You don't live in davoren park so I'd go with something different

The front wheels on our Husqvarna ride on fell apart recently. The centres attached to axle broke away from the rest of the hub. One went then the other a month later. Just out of warranty. Got one replaced free of charge though and waiting to see what happens with the other one.

I think this is the updated version of the mower we’ve got:

2 years later and we are now living on 10acres and we freakin love it. So good to not hear cars, trains, planes and people. Still getting used to the sounds and lifestyle change but wow, those thinking about doing it, do it, you will never look back. Every morning and evening we are greeted by a small group of kangaroos , birds and wild ducks in our dam. Chickens will be joining us shortly.
We can see the stars every night and it so peaceful during the day.
Things I didn't expect, spiders everywhere. We clean the outside webs and spray, but will apprear elsewhere the next day, they are everywhere. The sounds of animals walking on our roof freaks me out sometimes as it sounds like a stranger has entered the house.
Internet reception, it's crap and no nbn till end of next year but that's no biggie as I have lots of other things to do like 2 hours of mowing/gardening per week. Other thing is driving, road kills are all over the place and trying to be alert at all times is exhausting. I mean you are always alert regardless of where you drive but this is different, when you spot wildlife you need to slow down and be ready.

I've never loved a home before until now, what a lifestyle, never going back. Now I'm off to see my kanga family

I am coming up to a year and find something new and interesting every week. Got a flock of black cockatoos who call my place home.

Not having shops down the road means I have to plan in advance (closest is 2 townships away), though my drive to/from office in Adelaide city gives me plenty of options. I have NBN though :p

Sounds like buy one a year too me.

I went with the cheapest one, we have one on another large acreage and has been absolutely hammered & never serviced, always outside, gets to cut all sorts of things including ky in a decent rainfall area, has not missed a beat. Looks like crud though :)

The neighbors very expensive one is on second gearbox and various other things when he tried selling it to me for not much under what the new one I bought.

I noticed, unless your area is very smooth, trying to go at full pelt would prob end up breaking all sorts of things, they bounce too much with no suspension.

What I have not worked out yet, is if it is better to use higher throttle but only press pedal half way, or have throttle at level where you can have pedal on floor, but not be bouncing all over the place.

My mechanical mind has me thinking the second is better, and mine seems to be able to cut and mulch the same, as long as grass not high and deck almost on...., well, the deck :)
