    Hi Experts
I'm considering buy an acreage block around 6500sqm (100 x 65 )with a gentle slope.
I am interested in finding out experts view on this land purchase.
Is 6m reasonable across 6000sqm of land?

Please let me know if any additional information is required.

That's flat in most people's language.

A house may be say 20m long, you'd have 1.2m fall. Do you need a split level - insufficient fall. Can you economically build a basement garage, insufficient fall.

Is that reasonable for a billiard table, no. Is it good for runoff, yes. Can you build a dam, not enough fall. Is it steep enough to ski on, no.

    All depends on your intentions.

If it's gradual that's pretty easy to work with. Better if it's going uphill from the street but not the end of the world if it goes down. Just watch for how water flows in the area - not so good if all the water from the street and neighbours flows to your land
