Accountant for aspiring developer in Brisbane

Hi,

I am intending to buy land for townhouse development and sell the units upon completion. I need an accountant that understands accounting for property developers and can recommend and set up the appropriate structures before I go buying the land. Can anyone recommend a good accountant who is seeking new clients? I am based in Brisbane so my preference is someone local unless people think that a local accountant is not necessary.

You do need an accountant who has done a few investment and developer client returns.

 

I have multiple clients that use Chris from Scope also. He and I regularly work together on putting together structures for developers and investors.
