Hi. And welcome to the forums.

I started out as an "accidental" investor too. I bought a unit walking distance from work and a couple of years later got moved to another office. My unit was in negative equity, so I didn't want to sell. The start of my property investing journey.

Sounds like my daughter. Owned a PPOR, transferred to a regional centre. Felt original PPOR had much better growth prospects so retained it.

Bought another, cheaper home in their new town.
