Access Services - Logan

    Has anybody had any experience leasing to a company called 'Access Services' in the Logan area?

    PM has advised to go with them, it is a sub letting company providing housing to new citizens until they find jobs and their own housing.
    While there may be a high turnover of tenants the rental income is guaranteed and they are apparently very good at repairing any damages.

    my tennants were from them, stayed 6 months then lease got converted to tennants name and they have been great (no idea if great but i never hear from them or my pm about that property)

    I have leased to Access before, after the 12 month lease they will continue to support the tenants. I will always contact their client manager if I am having any issues, they set up centrepay deductions for the tenant so rent is paid on time etc.
