I am proud to say my home is smack bang in the middle of the North Sydney/Hornsby, Baulkham Hills and Ryde areas.... (update: according to the maps I’m in SA4 region “Ryde”) Socioeconomic status has a lot to do with life expectancy. How does where you live affect how long you live? | .id blog
New insights to social disadvantage – new SEIFA data released | .id blog And this has Hills Shire NSW as the 10th least disadvantaged LGA in Australia.... It’s a surprise. Surely not?
Interesting that Tassie scored so low. I would have thought the easier-going, less crowded, less hectic, more pristine location would be a benefit.
I suppose another way to look at it, there aren't huge differences mostly, generally only 2 years max at the state and territory level. But NT is an outlier.
Can't see Sydney's west there. Some residents out west just haven't keeled over far enough to be counted as a stat.
Datto....I think youse might be the cause.....I have seen you driving your hotted up Torana and I reckon you have knocked off a few people via hit and runs.
No not me. lol. But I do recall one Friday night at a fella's house waiting for Coyote to turn up with a slab of beer. Standing on the front porch with our last can we could hear in the distance the screech of tyres, a rough exhaust and the occasional bang. And it just kept getting louder and louder till Coyote came to a halt on the front lawn and passed some cans to us. It wasn't long though before a dinged up car pulled up front, the driver chased and caught Coyote gaving him a good serving of lefts and rights that left him on the pavement. Our roar of laughter quickly stopped as we scattered away from the crazy dude who came after us with a lump of wood. lol. Coyote was never the same after that night.
