    Hey PCers,

The first round of statistics has been made available by the ABS and I'm interested if anyone has been able to find any interesting analysis that would be relevant to property investors.

    Ie
    - Top 10 Suburbs by state with the highest growth in family household income vs 2011
    - Top 10 Suburbs by state with the highest disposable income (family household income - mortgage repayment)

These are the few I can think off the top of my head but I'm sure there are more that are relevant.

Would be a great discussion thread to talk about....

    Thanks

So, distance from uni decreases the likelihood of having a degree. Will that change with more degrees/postgrad qualifications being offered online?

Just because there was a glitch?
The whole sensis is wrong hahahahahah

I will take an IT style sensis over a manual one left to human error every day.

Didnt say it was wrong. I was just asking how many people completed it as there were auite a few people gloating how they didnt fill one out because the system crashed
Anyway they got 96% of which 42% were paper submissions

I found the SMH article very strange noting the distance that many of the essential workers/dentists/doctors/lawyers etc live from the CBD. How many teachers, police, nurses, or dentists do we need in the city? Aren't hospitals, schools, dental surgeries, daycare centres etc generally located out of the cbd whereas all of the major law firms/stockbrokers/financial firms are in the CBD?
