Lots of smoke and mirrors out there however as most homeowners only transact a property a few times in their lives they rely on:
    • Familiarity - go back to the agent who sold me this property or the one who sold me into the new property
    • The agency has the best shopfront display in the suburb (who goes to the shopfront anymore?)
    • The agent achieved all of the street records (more to do with the property than the agent)
    • The agent drives the flashest car (they're more in debt/bigger notated lease than the other agents)

Sellers should get a rp data report or similar, and understand comparables.

From Cape cod, they're very impressive. So are their results.

I read the first 5 lines - I have a migraine from it.
Who writes that garbage and didn't pay some graphic designer to present it? Looks like power point presentation generic format. I am being super nice about it. :D

Imo It's hands down some of the best advice to sellers. Not sure I'd call it garbage tbh.

the content may be perfectly fine, but the delivery is cheesy and tacky,

for inexperienced and impressionable clientele, I think its ok, but for more experiecned like you and me, Its a turn off :p

This was actually just some marketing material they put on their Instagram account. If you look at their website and the things they put out, in my opinion they are very impressive. Then once you actually make a call and talk to them to discuss how they go about their marketing strategy, they really are one of the best I've ever seen. They have also won multiple awards for styling.

Some who jumped to conclusions and call their material garbage are really clueless and have no idea.

But each to their own ;)

I especially appreciate the questions to ask @Sackie.
Funny how many people just take out the negative instead of positive from reading?
I like to take out what will help me so thank you for posting!
